Cancellation Policy

If you cancel:

• 48 hours or more before class: Receive a credit towards a future class, or a refund minus our $10.00 processing fee. You must call our shop at (904) 417-3746 to have your request processed.
• 24 hours or less before class: No refunds or credits will be given.

There will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds issued.

Recycled Glass Art Studio reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. Notification of cancellation will be made by phone or email at least one day prior to the start of the class at which time, guests will be offered the option of another class, space permitting, or a full refund.
